Who we are

Love and Horror Productions was born from Jamie Alvey’s love of storytelling and dream to one day operate her own production company. Alvey, joined by frequent co-conspirators Emily Fabrizio and Callie Kirk, decided to launch her production company Love and Horror in December 2023 to fund and produce the short for Alvey’s award-winning and much lauded proof of concept screenplay “Your Husband Was a Good Man.”

Love and Horror Productions is dedicated to creating quality horror and telling stories that are gritty, gory, and gripping. Here at Love and Horror we believe in the idea that beauty is terror and horror storytelling is both appealing and vital to the landscape of culture and creativity.
